my work
Two ventures, one question

a little about me
From fixing processes to redesigning work
I started in business process re-engineering, asking how to make work work better. Becoming a mother in 2019 turned that question toward women’s careers and the structures that shape opportunity. Today I bring both together, so organizations can change how work is done without losing the people behind it.
Don’t start with AI. Start with the work. Then look at the organization, the workforce, and the people behind it.
