my work
Two ventures, one question.
Who benefits when work changes, and who gets to shape that change? I work on it from both sides: with organizations redesigning work, and with women shaping their careers.
For organizations
Intelligent Nest Institute
A social enterprise I co-founded with Hossein Tanouri. We help nonprofits and mission-driven organizations redesign work for the AI era, with people at the centre: from deciding where to act, to redesigning the work, proving the value, and reshaping the organization around it.
Four services, each a three-week Nest Sprint: Aati, WorkRedesign Lab, OpenBuild and FutureOrg Studio. I lead OpenBuild and FutureOrg Studio.
For women
Her Future Ready
Protecting and expanding women’s agency in the future of work. A year-round learning community for newcomer women, mothers returning to work, career changers and women uneasy about AI, with employers as partners.
It grew from MamaNest, HerCareerLink and Her Career Conference, which returns as an in-person showcase in the Toronto area in June 2027.
how they connect
People can’t future-proof themselves inside work that never changes.
Running learning cohorts for women, I saw that individual AI readiness stalls when workflows, role expectations and structures stay the same. So I work on both: helping people build agency, and helping organizations redesign the work those people walk into.
Alongside both ventures, I teach, facilitate workshops and speak, which is what this site is for.
