speaking
Talks that start with the work, then the people behind it.
I speak about the future of work from two sides at once: how organizations redesign work for AI, and how people, especially women, keep their agency as work changes.

what i speak about
Two conversations that rarely meet
AI is changing what work can be. The harder question is what we choose to make of it. My talks sit where two conversations usually stay apart: how organizations redesign work, and how people keep their agency as it changes.
Three ideas I keep returning to
01
Start with the work, not the tool
Most AI efforts begin with a tool looking for a problem. I start with the work itself, its tasks, decisions and handoffs, because that’s where the real choices are: what to eliminate, simplify, augment, automate, or keep human.
02
Accountability doesn’t automate
As AI agents take on real work, the question isn’t only what they can do, but who answers for what they do. Roles, decision rights and oversight have to be redesigned, so people keep the judgment and relationships that matter.
03
Agency is more than readiness
We tell women to upskill for the AI era. But I’ve seen individual readiness stall when the structures around people stay the same. Agency means recognizing opportunities, making decisions, and shaping the work itself, not just adapting to it.

Keynote topics
Don’t start with AI.
For leaders who feel pressure to “do something with AI”. It reframes the question from which tools to adopt to which work deserves to change, and offers a simple way to decide what to eliminate, simplify, augment, automate or keep human.
Who answers when the agent acts?
For organizations moving from AI experiments to AI that takes action. What changes in roles, decision rights and oversight, and why human accountability has to be designed rather than assumed.
Future-proofing women: beyond reskilling
Born from my TEDx talk. Why preparing women for an AI-shaped economy isn’t only about new skills, but about how skills are valued, how work is structured around people’s lives, and who gets to shape the change.
Or a theme of your own
I shape keynotes around any of the three ideas above, tailored to your audience, your sector and the moment you’re in.
Panel, podcast and media themes
I’m at my best in conversations that hold two perspectives at once: the organization redesigning work, and the person living through it.
What should stay human?
From tools to teammates: agentic AI and the changing shape of roles
Who gets to shape the future of work?
Rebuilding a career in a new country
Caregiving, ambition and the structure of work
Building ventures with a social mission
Workshop topics
Workshops are where ideas become practice, and each one is shaped by who’s in the room.
