Long bio (about 250 words), for detailed profiles and press
Mahsa Rezaei is a future of work architect, TEDx speaker and two-time impact founder. She redesigns how we think about work, so AI can create value for organizations and greater agency for people.
Mahsa began her career in business process re-engineering and systems analysis, and has spent more than 14 years helping organizations see work as a system of tasks, decisions and handoffs. Today she brings that lens to the AI era. Her guiding principle is simple: don’t start with AI. Start with the work, then look at the organization, the workforce and the people behind it.
She is the co-founder of Intelligent Nest Institute, a social enterprise that helps nonprofits and mission-driven organizations redesign work for the AI era, with people at the centre. She is also the founder of Her Future Ready, a community where women build AI fluency, make career moves and keep their agency as work changes, and the founder and host of Her Career Conference.
Through these initiatives, her work has reached more than 860 women across Quebec and Ontario through more than 80 learning experiences. She has spoken at TEDxLongueuil, the WEDO Canada Toronto Summit, the Minerva BC Leadership + AI Forum and Women Techmakers Montréal, and has been featured on CBC Radio, CityNews and Radio-Canada International.
Across all of it, Mahsa returns to one question: who benefits when work changes, and who gets to shape that change?

Signature keynotes
Ready to paste into your program. I tailor every session to your audience and theme.
Don’t start with AI.
For leaders who feel pressure to “do something with AI”. It reframes the question from which tools to adopt to which work deserves to change, and offers a simple way to decide what to eliminate, simplify, augment, automate or keep human.
Who answers when the agent acts?
For organizations moving from AI experiments to AI that takes action. What changes in roles, decision rights and oversight, and why human accountability has to be designed rather than assumed.
Future-proofing women: beyond reskilling
Born from my TEDx talk. Why preparing women for an AI-shaped economy isn’t only about new skills, but about how skills are valued, how work is structured around people’s lives, and who gets to shape the change.
Automate the work, keep the agency
Delivered as a keynote at the WEDO Canada Toronto Summit. How AI can take on more of the work while people keep their judgment, their voice and their say in what comes next.
